Gary has concentrated on providing Landlord Representation to numerous Landlords in the Central New Jersey Commercial Real Estate market. He has been instrumental in successfully negotiating transactions for his clients on Office, Industrial and Retail properties.

Gary is currently representing over 200,000 square feet of Office and Retail space in various properties on an exclusive basis.

Background and Experience

Gary entered the commercial real estate industry after 30 years in the corporate world of Telecommunications. In 2002 Gary embarked on his second career as a sales associate for DiLeo Realty Associates.

Gary utilizes his managerial and organizational skills to provide solutions and advice to his clients in order for them to intelligently make sound real estate decisions.
