Scope of Experience
For over 23 years Robert has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition and disposition for clients in New Jersey, including Sales, Leasing and management of industrial, office, retail and investment properties. During his professional career he has successfully completed over 300 transactions in excess of 4 million square feet. He has an accomplished record of success in lease analysis, property valuation, space planning, mortgage financing, property management and development. Background and Experience Robert began his real estate career in 1985 at DiLeo Realty Associates as a sales associate while attending Rutgers University. Upon graduation in 1986, Robert embarked on his full time career in the family real estate business. Involved in various development projects from 1987-1994 Robert gained experience in land acquisition, zoning, approvals and construction. This experience has enhanced Robert's effectiveness to facilitate transactions between tenants and landlords and buyers and sellers. Robert’s attention to detail and conscientious attitude toward his clients, handed down from the first and second generations of the DiLeo family business has resulted in an impressive degree of repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.
