Scope of Experience
Victor has 63 years of Real Estate business experience in New Jersey. During his storied and successful career, he has seen most of New Jersey grow from a rural farming state to the most densely populated State in the Nation with a vibrant business environment. During this growth period Victor had been actively involved in hundreds of transactions, selling over 2,000 acres of vacant land in New Jersey for multiple developments and has represented many Tenants, Landlords, Developers and business owners in advising, acquiring and disposing of Office, Industrial, Retail, Housing, Hospitality and Investment Properties. Upon his honorable discharge from the US Navy at the end of World War II, Victor joined his father in the family real estate and insurance business in 1947. From 1947 – 1983 the real estate and insurance business employed over 28 people. During this period Victor created the largest independent insurance brokerage firm in Middlesex County based on volume, while brokering and developing commercial and residential building projects. In 1970 Victor received a charter from the US Treasury Department to open the First National Bank of Piscataway which he served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO.
